New York City car rental agencies are not the same as a hotel, but they do offer some perks.
Here’s how to get free parking, free food, and free parking spots on the weekends.
New York City is home to more than 500 car rental companies.
But they can also be hit with the wrath of New York state’s new regulations, which will allow landlords to evict tenants for nonpayment of rent.
The new rules come into effect this summer.
Many landlords will be forced to take rent reduction measures, which can include evicting tenants who don’t pay rent.
This means that tenants will have to pay back the difference between what they owe and what they’re owed, which could be much less.
And as you may recall, Uber is trying to get rid of its carpool services in New York State, including by letting its drivers get free rides to and from other drivers, but that has faced a long fight.
New York’s new rules will make it easier for car rental services to evict people who dont pay rent, but not everyone is happy about it.
For example, the owner of a local rental company, Carpool NY, told NY1 News that he was forced to give up his carpool business after a landlord refused to give him a place to park his vehicle.
In the video above, we discuss the rules and how they will affect your day to day life, including if you can get a free car ride from an out-of-state company.
