Why the most expensive car rental in Australia is actually cheaper than you think

Posted January 09, 2019 07:37:24The most expensive rental in Sydney is actually the cheapest in Australia, according to the latest data released by the car rental industry.

The cheapest rental in Brisbane is actually $20 a night more expensive than Sydney.

The latest data from the Australian Car Rental Industry Association shows the average monthly rent in Australia was $1,938 in the 12 months to January 2019.

The median price in Sydney was $2,818.

Rental companies have always been reluctant to release data on average rents because they can’t be sure the average rate they charge for a car is actually what it is, or if they charge at all.

Car rental companies are reluctant to disclose their average rates to the public because they don’t want to jeopardise their future revenue.

But the data released on Tuesday by the Australian Association of Car Rents (AAA) shows the median rental rate in Sydney and Brisbane is $1.1 and $1 a night respectively.

That’s $1 cheaper than Sydney and $3 cheaper than Brisbane.

The AAA data comes after a number of research projects showed that Sydney was Australia’s most expensive city to rent a car.

A survey conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers last year showed the average Sydney house rental cost $1 million in 2015.

The average Brisbane house rental was $770,000.

In February, the ABS released a report that showed the cost of renting a car in Australia dropped by 15 per cent to $2.39 a day in January 2019, the most recent data available.
