I live in the heart of Florida’s Everglades, but I can’t drive anywhere in the Keys unless I’ve paid for a car rental.
So how do I get a car?
Well, I have to pay for it.
Car rental companies like Ocala Rentals, RentHop, and CarRentalCentral all offer a free car rental app, but it only lets you book a car on a date you already know the location.
You also have to get the driver’s license number and date of birth.
If you don’t have those, you have to wait until your next appointment with the car rental company to make a reservation.

You can’t rent a vehicle in the car pool.
You must have your own car.
You have to show proof of insurance, including your driving license.

You get to choose the car, the driver, and the date of the trip.
